Prosciutto

Prosciutto is prized for its silky texture and it’s salty salty and savory flavor. It is made from pork legs which are dry-cured and then sliced super thin. Really expensive prosciutto is aged longer for an even more intense flavor. The most authentic prosciutto is known as Prosciutto di Parma comes from Parma, a city in northern Italy.
